Grasses and herbages comprise Neverfail, Warrego, Coolah Grass, Mitchell Grass, Umbrella Grass, Crowfoot, Spinach and Lambs Tongue. Salines include Saltbush, Copper burr, Jelly burr and Goat Head.
There is a cultivation permit for 800 acres.

The property is well watered by the Culgoa and Birrie Rivers, 15 ground tanks, a share bore at Mundiwa shed that waters the homestead and 4 troughs and a windmill at Twin Rivers supplying a tank feeding another 4 troughs.

Fencing could be described as very good with 21 main grazing paddocks plus holding paddocks. Quality fencing comprising steel end assemblies, Hinge-Joint, plain wire and steel inline posts. Boundary fencing is all constructed of Hinge-Joint in place of plain wires.
