How to gain access to your personal information

Requests will only apply it there is no impact on the privacy of other individuals, the request is lawful, proof of identity is provided and for any other reason listed in the ‘Privacy Act 1988’. If your request is refused you will be notified accordingly with a statement as to why the request was refused.
