We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of information collected about visitors to our sites, in particular information that is capable of identifying an individual (“personal information”). We may disclose personal information about an individual to overseas organisations that help us provide our services, in certain circumstances, such as when storing information with a “cloud service provider” which stores data outside of Australia. We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.

How to gain access to your personal information
You may request to access the personal information we hold on you, or request to update or change your personal information by contacting us at sbbl@schutebell.com
 
Before we provide access we will require some proof of identity. Requests will only apply it there is no impact on the privacy of other individuals, the request is lawful, proof of identity is provided and for any other reason listed in the ‘Privacy Act 1988’. If your request is refused you will be notified accordingly with a statement as to why the request was refused.

If you are not happy with the way we have handled your information or have any complaints about our privacy policies, please send the details of your complaint to sbbl@schutebell.com.
